Structural characteristics
1. The reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase two kinds, are iron core dry type.
2. The core adopts high-quality low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, and the core column is divided into small even sections by multiple air gaps, and the air gaps are spaced by epoxy-laminated glass cloth panels to ensure that the air gaps of the reactors don't change in the operation process.
3. The coil is wound with H or C grade enamelled flat copper wire, which is arranged closely and evenly, without insulation layer on the outside, which has excellent aesthetics and good heat dissipation performance.
4. The reactor coil and core are assembled into one piece and then go through the process of pre-drying→vacuum impregnation→hot-drying and curing, and the H grade impregnation paint is used to make the reactor coil and core firmly bonded together, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has a very high level of heat resistance, which ensures that the reactor can be operated safely and noiselessly at high temperatures.
5. The fasteners of reactor core column are made of non-magnetic materials, which ensure the reactor has high quality factor and low temperature rise, and better filtering effect.
6. The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the lead-in terminals are made of cold-pressed copper tube terminals.
7. The reactor has the advantages of small volume, light weight and beautiful appearance compared with similar products in China, which can be comparable with famous foreign brands.
